Selection & Recruitment
All applications received by e-mail, telefax, post or by filling a job application form, are collected in a recruitment pool. When there is a job opening, a suitable candidate is called for an interview in our Human Resources Department. Candidates that are found to be adequate are called for a second interview, this time with the participation of the related department manager. Personality and ability tests are also applied. Qualified candidates are then required to start their new jobs.
Training & Development
Training is essential for the success. We provide training for our employees according to the company objectives and depending on their specific requirements to achieve higher performance levels with knowledge, ability and adequacy. All new employees are required to go through an in-house orientation and training program depending on their positions.
